What the tool is
The calculators produce arithmetic estimates from figures you type in, combined with published fee rates that we transcribe from public sources. They are a planning aid. They are not financial advice, tax advice, accounting advice or legal advice, and no professional relationship arises from your use of them.
Decisions about what to charge, what to make and what to sell are yours. Take professional advice before acting on anything you see here where the stakes justify it.
Accuracy, and its limits
Fee rates change without notice, vary by country, by seller status and by the specifics of an order, and are sometimes applied by the platform in ways that published schedules do not fully describe. We review the rates periodically and show the date of the last review, but we do not promise the figures are current, complete or correct on any given day.
Print-on-demand presets are illustrative starting values. They are not quotations from Printify, Printful or any other supplier, and they are not updated in step with supplier catalogues.
Always reconcile against your own invoices, your Etsy payment account and the provider's current pricing before you set a price. Where our output and an official source disagree, the official source is right and we are wrong.
No warranty
The site is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any lost profit, lost revenue, lost sales, lost data, wasted expenditure, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or from reliance on any figure it produces.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your mandatory statutory rights under the law of your country of residence, and nothing here requires you to bring proceedings anywhere other than where that law permits.

This is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, certified by or connected to Etsy, Inc., Printify, Printful or any other platform or supplier named on the site.

Nothing on this site should be read as speaking for Etsy or as reproducing an official Etsy calculation. For anything authoritative, go to Etsy's own fee documentation and to your own payment account.
Acceptable use
Use the calculators as much as you like, for any lawful purpose, commercial use included. Do not attempt to disrupt or overload the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, scrape it at volume, republish it as your own, or present its output as though it came from Etsy or from a supplier.
Content and links
Rights in content, code, images and design remain with the relevant rights holders. Applicable open-source licences and statutory exceptions are preserved. Permission is needed for uses that require the rights holder’s consent. Links to Etsy's help pages and other outside sites are provided for reference; we do not control those pages and are not responsible for what they say.
Advertising
The site is being reviewed for Google AdSense, but advertising is not enabled. If ads are activated later, they will be clearly identified and kept distinct from calculator controls and editorial content. An advertisement does not imply our endorsement of its advertiser, products or claims. Third-party purchases are governed by the seller’s terms and applicable consumer rights. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The date at the top will change when we do, and continued use after a revision means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of India, without prejudice to the consumer protections described above, which continue to apply wherever your local law gives them to you.
