The short version
This site has no accounts, no sign-up, no contact form and no payments. Every number you type into a calculator is processed by your own browser and is never transmitted to us or to anyone else. The only optional tracking is Google Analytics, and it does not run unless you accept it.

What the calculators do with your numbers
Listing prices, product costs, shipping figures, tax rates and every other value you enter stay in your browser's memory. The arithmetic runs in JavaScript on your device. Those values are not sent to a server, not written to a cookie, not stored between visits and not logged. Closing the tab discards them.
Because they never reach us, we cannot retrieve, export or delete them for you, and no request to us can expose them.
Analytics, and only if you say yes
We would like to know which pages get used and which do not. For that we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC.
Google Analytics is switched off by default. Until you press Accept on the cookie notice, your browser makes no request to Google at all and no analytics cookie is written. If you accept, Google Analytics sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_J2GNWC6CH4, and collects the pages you view, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and the time of your visit.
The integration disables Google advertising signals and sends page views without URL queries, fragments or referrer details. Google property settings also affect collection and retention; a browser consent choice does not erase information previously collected.
The legal basis is your consent, under article 6(1)(a) UK and EU GDPR, and under the national laws implementing the ePrivacy Directive for the storage itself. You can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent stops future collection and deletes the analytics cookies from your browser; it does not retroactively erase data already collected by Google.
Hosting and security
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and served through Cloudflare's network. Cloudflare acts as our processor and necessarily receives your IP address and request headers in order to deliver the page, defend against attacks and filter abusive traffic. Cloudflare may set a short-lived bot management cookie for that purpose. This processing is strictly necessary to operate the site and to keep it available, and rests on our legitimate interests under article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Hosting or dashboard-level integrations can affect network processing independently of the page code. Contact us for details of the deployed hosting configuration.
Email enquiries
Email sent to [email protected] is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to the operator’s Google-hosted inbox. Cloudflare and Google process the message and its delivery information. We use your email address and message to respond, handle rights requests or resolve disputes, and keep correspondence only for those purposes and applicable legal requirements. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Fonts
The shared layouts use system font fallbacks without requesting the Fontshare CDN. This avoids sending a font request to that third party.
Current advertising status
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. The site has been submitted for Google AdSense review. Ads are not enabled. The public ads.txt file identifies our authorised Google publisher account; it does not set cookies, request an ad or indicate that Google has approved the site. There is no newsletter, no tracking pixel from a social network, no session recording and no heatmap tool.
Google AdSense, if advertising is enabled
We plan to support this free service through Google AdSense, subject to approval and a separate activation step. This section describes that planned use; it does not mean advertising is currently running.
When ads are enabled, Google and the advertising partners identified in the consent message may receive IP addresses, browser and device information, page URLs, cookie identifiers and ad interactions to deliver and measure ads, limit repeated ads and detect fraud. Advertising technologies can include cookies, web beacons and local storage. Where personalised advertising is enabled with the required consent, Google and its partners may use visits to this and other websites to select ads. Calculator input values will not be supplied as advertising data.
Before activation we will implement the applicable advertising consent and opt-out controls. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, Google's certified consent message will provide consent, refusal and preference choices, including information about the selected partners and purposes. Analytics permission does not grant advertising permission. Refusing optional advertising processing will not prevent use of the calculators.
Google also provides personalised-ad settings for partner websites. Advertising records may be processed internationally; international transfers remain subject to applicable legal requirements. Any change involving sale or sharing as defined by applicable US state law will require updated disclosures and opt-out controls before activation.
How long anything is kept
Analytics record retention is governed by the configured Google Analytics property. Browser cookie expiry does not determine retention of provider-side records. Hosting log retention depends on the deployed services and their configured retention schedules. Your consent choice is stored in your browser's local storage for twelve months, after which you will be asked again. That record never leaves your device.
Transfers outside the UK and EEA
If you accept analytics, data may be processed in the United States by Google LLC. Applicable data-protection law may require processor agreements and international-transfer safeguards. Contact the operator for details of recipients, processing locations and safeguards relevant to your data.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or the EEA you have the right to ask for a copy of your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
Calculator inputs stay on your device. Hosting and security records may exist without analytics consent, and contacting us creates correspondence records. Your rights request should identify the relevant interaction without sending additional sensitive information.
You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office. In the EEA it is the authority for the country you live in.
If you are in California, we confirm that we neither sell nor share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA as amended, and we do not offer financial incentives in exchange for data.
Children
This is a tool for people running a shop. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under sixteen.
Automated decisions
The calculator performs arithmetic on figures you supply. It does not profile you, score you, or make any decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it, and a change that widens what we collect will re-trigger the consent notice rather than taking effect silently.
